Enchant Christmas is a holiday event at Safeco Field November 23-December 30, 2018. It features the world’s largest light maze, a Christmas Market, photos with Santa, ice skating, and it’s one of the newest Seattle Christmas events.
When I was invited to opening night of The Nutcracker in Seattle at the Pacific Northwest Ballet, I felt humbled and honored. It’s the ultimate holiday theatrical production in Seattle and it’s a big deal.
Nothing really says Christmas to me like eagerly checking the mail in December to see who sent us Christmas cards! It’s like getting little presents in the mail! Each one is a surprise. They are different sizes, colors and highlight some of our closest friends and family.
Is reading THE POLAR EXPRESS one of your family’s holiday traditions? I vaguely remember a teacher reading it to my class in elementary school, but hadn’t given it a thought until last year. While looking up holiday events to do with my toddler, I discovered this POLAR EXPRESS experience in Squamish, British Columbia. We read the book and watched the movie before we went. My toddler was in heaven and I knew that I wanted to do it again this year. But, I like to change things up and make each of our holiday experiences unique. So this year, we headed to Mt. Rainier Railroad and Logging Museum for their version of THE POLAR EXPRESS™. We were there last year with a toddler and it was super fun.
