How to Make a Mickey Mouse Snowflake Without a Template
You can hand-cut Mickey Mouse snowflakes without a template if you want to be more creative. You can print out a tiny Mickey Mouse head as a pattern for the center of your snowflake.
Supplies:
- Scissors
- Glue
- Paper- any color, cut into squares
- Mickey Mouse head printout
- Pencil
- Hole punch, optional
- String, optional

Instructions:
- Print out a small Mickey head pattern onto a cardstock. Cut and set aside for later.
- Get a square piece of paper and fold it diagonally to the upper right corner to make the paper edges meet. Fold again into half with the paper edges meeting to make a smaller triangle.
- With the triangle’s point facing downward, fold both sides to the middle. If you want to divide the folds evenly, you can also use a ruler or protractor.
- Look for the side with the horizontal edge and cut across.
- Start cutting random smaller notches at the side of the paper, creating a uniform pattern. Leave out some space at the bottom.
- Open the paper, draw the Mickey Mouse head pattern in the middle, then cut.
- Punch a hole at the upper tip of the snowflake. Tie a string to attach it to the ceiling, your Christmas tree, etc.
