Did you know there was a convention for all things Mommy-related? MommyCon focuses on new and expectant families through toddlerhood. It’s been held in many cities across the U.S. and recently expanded to Canada. MommyCon Vancouver was July 22, 2017 at the Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel. Since I live outside of Seattle, I packed up my 9-month-old and we headed up to Vancouver, BC for the weekend. I visited Vancouver last summer when I was pregnant and brought my toddler. The Program for Early Parent Support (PEPS) has been around since 1983 in the Seattle-area. Their mission is to enable parents of infants and young children to build communities that empower them to meet the challenges of parenting through mutual support and sharing of information.
