So, if a fantastic luxurious outing with all your near and dear ones is on your agenda, head to this scenic holiday island of Bali. Enjoy an affordable price, without compromising on the quality.

No matter where you go, there are tons of things to do in Bali.

All-inclusive family packages and best villas in Bali with simply unbeatable deals are a few of the top reasons to make Bali your next travel destination.

When to Go to Bali

The ideal time to visit Bali with kids is during the dry season, which runs from April through to September.

The busiest time is December and January, during the school vacations. Even during high season, there is plenty to do in Bali for children and families, regardless of the large crowds.

Getting There is Easy

Bali is a world class tourist destination and has the airport to prove it. Almost all major airlines have non-stop flights here from all over the world.

When on the move with kids, these direct flights are really worth their weight in gold, with no worries about layovers and multiple stops.

There are also flights during early morning that are less crowded and allow kids to sleep and relax on board.

Attitude and Activities

The most important reason to choose Bali is the loving attitude of the locals. Traveling with kids can be stressful and finding a destination that welcomes children with open arms can be rare. Visitors can relax knowing their kids will embraced and adored.

Apart from being good value for money, there are a range of child friendly activities to keep the little ones occupied and in good spirits. The tropical island of Bali is a virtual paradise for children.

As far as attractions go, just about every attraction is child friendly. From beach activities to cultural experiences, most of the adventure activities will keep the parents and children equally happy. Theme parks like the Bali bird park, Butterfly park and Waterbom are every kidā€™s delight.

Have you ever wanted to see a sea turtle up close? Tourists at the Kuta Sea Turtle Release Project are welcome to pick a tiny new born turtle from the hatchery and release it. This is free of cost and is encouraged as long as visitors are careful and donā€™t touch the turtles or use flash while taking pictures.

Then, there is the world class Bali Equestrian Centre, where tiny tots are introduced to pony riding. The parents can enjoy a sumptuous lunch on the training grounds itself. The facilities cater to the whole family, extending to beach rides and village tours.

Accommodation

Any holiday with a family revolves and ultimately ends with suitable accommodation. There are a plethora of hotels, villas and resorts to choose from when deciding on where to stay.

The other major advantage is that most hotels allow kids under 12 to share the rooms with parents at no extra cost. Moreover, there are many hotels and resorts with facilities for babysitting, with a low staff to children ratio.

Family villas can be a very good option for a holiday in Bali, especially with kids. They usually come with private pools and staff.

The family resorts in Bali also have multiple pools, kid clubs and plenty of play areas.

Families with older kids should go for a resort with a dedicated outlet for teenagers. There they can comfortably socialize and meet other people.

Care should be taken while choosing the accommodation at a proper location. It should preferably close to activities which are family oriented, including near beaches, restaurants or playgrounds.

Also the choice should have kid pools, connecting doors and recreational areas. Seminyak, located on the west coast is an ideal place to stay as it is on a large beach stretch which connects the popular beaches of Kuta and Legian.

Dining Out in Bali

Bali has a wide range of dining options, suitable for families and children alike. No matter which part of the island you are staying, there is bound to be a suitable restaurant or eatery nearby.

Many of the restaurants offer a wide range of cuisine, especially catered to the requirements of small children. The best of Western food chains are also available around Bali. Parents can also order food for children with less spices.

Nearly every parent relishes spending time with children on a Bali vacation. Apart from enjoying quality time with the family, there are many fun activities for children and adults.

Finally, parents can pre-arrange everything from toys to baby food to nannies and other child-related activities at a fraction of the cost you would pay anywhere else in the world.
