Best Travel Toys for Toddlers in 2019
As we head into summer travel season, I’ve been doing a lot of research on the newest travel toys for toddlers.

It’s that time of year: Spring Cleaning. If you are dreading it, you aren’t alone. I mean, you’ll probably spend a weekend vacuuming, boxing up stuff, and maybe throwing out a few things, only to see your house feel cluttered by the next weekend. For those of us with fun travel plans, we’d rather spend the time packing and planning our itineraries. Feeding a Baby on Vacation
I’m one of those rare Moms who gets super excited about feeding babies solid food. Babies react so differently to trying new foods.
I love being part of the experience by making my own purees, finding a variety of teething crackers and introducing my kids to unique flavors.

When I was younger, I loved hanging out at the beach. I’d put on my swimsuit, grab a towel and a fun novel and off I’d go. Now that I have a baby and a 3.5-year-old, I seem to fill my whole car with “stuff” when I head to the beach with kids.
Living in the Pacific Northwest, we are lucky enough to be able to head to the Pacific Ocean, Puget Sound or a variety of nearby lakes. My new favorite spot is Lake Sammamish State Park in Issaquah, WA. Not only do they have an amazing new play area with a splash pad, but they have an awesome beach that is perfect for kids. It requires a Discover Pass, but we’ve visited this park so many times that it’s been worth the cost.
