Freshly Picked Makes My Heart Happy
If you’ve been following my blog for awhile, you already know how much I adore Freshly Picked leather moccasins. My youngest has worn them since he was 6 weeks old. He wore them to his first pumpkin patch, first photos with Santa, all across Paris and Barcelona, and anytime we’re out and about at home in Seattle. So, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve partnered with Freshly Picked to give away a pair of moccs! Are you excited?

One of my latest baby obsessions are Freshly Picked leather moccasins. They were featured on Shark Tank a few years ago and have become a coveted baby accessory worldwide. I have two boys and finding fashionable options for them can be tricky. I love that Freshly Picked offers shoes for babies and toddlers that are girly, boyish and gender neutral. Some of them have fabulous prints and others are solid colors that match an array of outfits. In addition to their regular moccasins, Freshly picked has launched two new styles.

We took our 6-month-old on his first airplane ride earlier this month to Barcelona, Spain. From Seattle, this was quite a long journey involving 2 airplanes. Not only did he sleep a lot on the airplane, but he transitioned to the correct time zone almost seamlessly. We also brought our 3-year-old and traveled with another family. He did much better than the rest of us!

I absolutely adore holidays where our family can celebrate and do something fun together. While I used to love Halloween when I was growing up, it wasn’t until I had kids of my own that I really got into the Pumpkin Patch experience. I love the crisp air and drinking hot apple cider while strolling down the fields searching for the right pumpkins. Now, that is the highlight of Fall for me and my family!

It’s no secret that I love to travel. The hardest part is usually figuring out which shoes to pack and how much suitcase space I really want to use up. The same goes for when I pack for my toddler, Owen. Sometimes his shoes take up as much room as his clothes! That’s why I love moccasins. They are easily packed in checked luggage or stored in your carry-on until you reach your destination and they make any outfit seem put together.
